Kevin is a member of Duckor Spradling Metzger & Wynne’s commercial litigation practice group. His practice includes a wide array of litigation areas, including real estate, insurance defense and coverage, and complex commercial and business transactions. Kevin also enjoys advising small to medium size businesses in connection with contracts, leases, licenses, intellectual property issues and business strategies.

     In addition to his extensive business litigation experience, Kevin has represented clients before the United States Patent & Trademark Office in prosecuting and opposing trademark applications, in addition to litigating patent and trademark issues before state and federal courts.

     Kevin is a 1999 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to entering law school, he worked in the biotechnology industry as a chemist. He received his degree in Chemistry from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona in 1993.

     Kevin is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Diabetes Research Group and the AIDS and Infectious Disease Science Center.
